In 1984 Snijders started out as a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory equipment such as Ultra Low Temperature freezers (-86°C). This delivery range expanded fast with cooled incubators (for both food and microbiology Laboratories), climate cabinets and rooms (for plant growth) up to and including the complete program we present to you today.

Locations
Snijders operates from two almost neighboring locations in Tilburg, nearby the Dutch-Belgian border. Our headquarters, production facility, sales offices and showroom (for the logistic solutions) are housed in the Laurent Janssensstraat. In the new building at the Gebr. Salastraat you will find a special showroom for the laboratory equipment, OA test facilities, the technical and commercial training center and the external sample storage incl. the Cryotheek?.

Investing in technology
Snijders’ production capacity has grown to 10.000 m2 surface with approximately 60 employees. Working with the latest production technology, such as welding robots and machines to work up tubes, a CNC controlled and C6 revolving punch press, an automatic powder epoxy coating installation and a glass pearl steel cabin. All production and R&D processes are carried out under direct management supervision.

A robust investment policy mainly aiming at new high-end technologies enables Snijders to maintain a leading edge in terms of production and design.
