2009年9月28日?雅培將以45億歐元(約合66億美元)現(xiàn)金收購(gòu)比利時(shí)化學(xué)品及制藥商蘇威集團(tuán)(Solvay Group)的制藥部門(mén)Solvay Pharmaceuticals。還有3億歐元將在二零一一年至二零一三年期間支付。蘇威在聲明中表示，收購(gòu)條件中還包括4億歐元的退休金。Solvay Pharmaceuticals在全球擁有9000名員工，2008年?duì)I收達(dá)到27億歐元。
