美國Aculight
2008年7月30日消息，美國第一大軍火商洛克希德馬丁公司和Aculight公司達成了收購協(xié)議。Aculight是華盛頓州的一家私營企業(yè)，專注于為國防和航空客戶提供以激光為基礎(chǔ)的解決方案。據(jù)悉，所收購的公司將并入位于美國俄亥俄州的洛克希德馬丁公司海上系統(tǒng)和傳感器部門。

這項協(xié)議將提交Aculight股東大會批準(zhǔn)且滿足其它特別的成交條件。該交易有望在08年第三季度完成。Aculight成立于1993年，大約有90位員工。洛克希德馬丁公司全球員工大約140000名，主要從事研究、設(shè)計、開發(fā)、制造和整合高科技系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。該公司2007年的銷售收入419億美元。
