CVC Micro Tech 超微量技術(shù)的重大突破,是獲得專(zhuān)利的非分流納升級(jí)微流量控制技術(shù);15000 psi 超高壓,最低流量之控制精準(zhǔn)度可達(dá)每分鐘20納升,技術(shù)領(lǐng)先群倫(大部份同類(lèi)HPLC只有5000~10000 psi,流量每分鐘200-400納升)。
由于微流量,所以檢驗(yàn)特別靈敏;也因此大幅減少溶劑用量 (約只有一般HPLC的8000分之一),不但大幅減少溶劑費(fèi)用,更解決了實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)因溶劑用量過(guò)多造成空氣污染危害人體健康的問(wèn)題。美國(guó)一些溶劑業(yè)者停產(chǎn),證實(shí)溶劑危害健康確實(shí)是個(gè)大問(wèn)題。(一般HPLC連續(xù)24小時(shí)使用三天須耗去一加侖,而 CVC Micro Tech XPLC幾十年才會(huì)耗掉一加侖。)
Micro-Tech Scientific was founded in 1991 by Dr. Frank Yang, the inventor of the packed-fused-silica, capillary column; on-column detection; flow-stream splitter; closed-loop digitally-controlled ultra-high-precision micro pump; helium-plasma element-selective detector; micro-dynamic mixer; and check-valve system for capillary and micro LC. Dr. Yang has also stimulated growth in the field of Micro LC by commercializing the first true capillary LC system in 1993.

Micro-Tech Scientific's patented capillary HPLC technology offers applications for both micro-HPLC in routine drug QC and capillary-LC in cellular protein analysis, protein drug develop-ment, and quantity-limited biological-sample analysis.
