EXALOS focuses on the design, development and sales of high-performance broadband light sources based on semiconductor optoelectronic devices, in particular Superluminescent Light Emitting Diodes (SLEDs). SLEDs combine the best features of Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) and semiconductor laser diodes (LDs) .
