Excillum was founded in 2007 as a spin-off company from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. Our mission is to develop, design, and manufacture extreme-brightness microfocus x-ray sources for demanding applications.

Any application that is currently using a conventional microfocus x-ray source will benefit from an upgrade to an Excillum source.
